Ways to place an order
We put at your disposal several ways to make your order easily.
- By telephone: (+34) 91 563 36 11. Service hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Orders and order extensions are processed the same day of its entry into our system until 4:00 pm. If an order is place later, it will be processed the next day.
Cancel an order
If you wish to cancel your order or modify it before receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have already received the product, you must make a return.
All merchandise received must be examined carefully before signing the delivery note. All items that are incorrect or show signs of being hit or damaged must be indicated on the carrier’s delivery document. To receive a replacement order and process the collection of the products in poor condition, the incident must be notified to Petuky’s office by phone or email, always providing an image of the damaged products.
Claims will only be valid within 48 hours after order reception.
You will find an delivery note inside the package with all the products delivered. Your invoice will be sent by email within approximately 24/48 hours after the date of delivery. If you do not have an email address, contact our office so we can suggest you a communication alternative.
